You have to cut out garbage such as chips, sodas cookies etc.. If it was left up to me I will tell people to eat regularly just don't over do it. Portions. Moderate that's all. I saw this a while back and took your advice and I want you to know it created a domino effect on my life. After a large baby & an umbilical hernia repair and decided to give it a try. I went from a mom with DR and no visible abs to having a 6 pack. *think it’s important to state I don’t really store fat in my stomach and also my child is 10years old so it wasn’t a recent baby* Getting results and healing my DR made me excited to exercise & I started lifting heavy 5 days a week. So many other changes accumulated. I was so frustrated and sad before and now I am confident, empowered, and happier than I think I have ever been in my life. I am beyond grateful. ❤
